Definition:

When you talk about sabotaging your life you are talking about your amygdala. The amygdala causes the sabotage the amygdala is your security system. It is the emotional centre in your brain. The amygdala holds all your fears and doubts, beliefs that set benchmarks for your life. Your amygdala holds your past experiences with emotions attached. So your amygdala totally controls your life if you are not conscious.

How healthy is your amygdala?
 Is it holding you back from achieving your dreams, happiness and abundance? Is it sabotaging your life?

  1. Write down your dream day.
    Go on. There is no one looking over your shoulder. Be outrageous. The fairy godmother has given you her magic wand and you can create anything you want. This is your dream day

So what’s holding you back? What if I told you that you can have everything you just wrote down? The only thing holding you back is your amygdala and your beliefs.

  1. How different is your dream day to the one you are currently experiencing?
    Write down two list. One list is “What I don’t want” and one is “What I want”. Be specific. Identify exactly what you want and don’t want.

  1. Burn the list “What I don’t want”.
    Take the ashes to the garbage and throw it out. As you throw it out say out loud, “I release you from my mind, body and soul”. Now focus your consciousness on what you do want.

  1. Write down all the expressions, sayings and beliefs you have heard or think for each of the subjects listed.

Money- eg. Money doesn’t mean happiness. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Money is hard to come by.

Success– eg. You don’t have it in you. Only special people can be successful. Stay in your lot. Don’t get too big for your boots. Who do you think you are? In which life time?

Happiness- eg. Life is tough then you die. Don’t expect everything. There is only so much to go around. Get real. Get you head out of the clouds. I live in the real world.

Love- eg. Sinners go to hell. You’re luck to have him/her. Who will love her/him? Better get a move on and find someone. What’s wrong with you? The honeymoons over. You need a man/woman. Put up and shut up. If only…

These concepts are toxic and are operating unconsciously in your life. Your amygdala is actively reproducing these concepts. You need to realign your amygdala to be able to create and accept more money, more success, more happiness and more love into your life.
